My favourite for any music right now is Spotify ( http://www.Spotify.com/ ) but this is actually a desktop client (PC and Mac), Spotify allows you to search for artists/albums/etc and listen to what you want when you want. Although they do have a very large library of music they also have noticeable gaps with some popular music.
I've listened to a lot of classical and orchestral music via Spotify and in my opinion they have a very good collection of classical including renditions by different groups.
Others that are actually website based include:
http://pandora.com/ - Although this is America only (not sure if that's ok for you)
http://www.last.fm/ - My previous favourite, but has limits on how often you can listen to tracks for free.
http://loudcrowd.com - I haven't personally tried this one
I can't vouch for Loudcrowd, but both Pandora and Last.FM also (the last time I listened) have a seemingly large collection of classical style music.
Just an additional note, the above (the ones I have tried) all have the option to listen to a random selection of music based on a genre so you can just choose to listen to some various classical style music if you don't have a preference of artist, performer, etc.
