The Philips Pronto remotes are high end and prefered by some custom installers:

If you watch MTV Cribs, you'll see a lot of these. The RTI remotes are traditionally found in high end setups.

Personally, I use a Harmony 890 and chose it after a lot of research.

Thanks for the great information & suggestions. I will be checking out the AVS Forum for sure!
That one is very hard. the harmony's are great because you can plug them in and don't have to do signal learning. there are others, but if cost isn't a factor, then just get the harmony one. there isn't anything better
