Pretty good idea that puts things into perspective, but its expensive.

Try sparkpeople.com instead seems like the online program is the same, but you wont get the cool gadget.

The concepts simple you monitor fitness and calorie intake and create a calorien deficiency by burning more calories then you take in. spark people can do the same, but you wont get the benefit of there digital fitness gadget. there partner with apex which i have used before and its a great program for those of us who can get nutrition right by ourselfs. sure you can balance your diet and eat only 2700 calories, but can you balance that into the appropriate amount of carbs, proteins and fats? the make sure u eat enough vitamins keep sodium down and cholesteral down while boosting your fiber consuption? i know its hard and thats were apex and spark people help oout they really focuse on helping you eat right, and exercise so you burn enough calories.
