Three that sound good for your needs are Sweedish, Hot Stone, and Thai Massage.

Sweedish
"Massage therapists use long smooth strokes, kneading, and circular movements on superficial layers of muscle using massage lotion or oil.

Swedish massage therapy can be very gentle and relaxing. If you've never had massage before, this is a good one to try first. To learn more, read the full article on Swedish massage"

Hot Stone Massage
"Heated, smooth stones are placed on certain points on the body to warm and loosen tight muscles and balance energy centers in the body.

The massage therapist may also hold stones and apply gentle pressure with them. The warmth is comforting. Hot stone massage is good for people who have muscle tension but prefer lighter massage. To learn more, read the full article on hot stone massage"

Thai Massage
"Like shiatsu, Thai massage aligns the energies of the body using gentle pressure on specific points. Thai massage also includes compressions and stretches. "

I encourage you to visit the site as it has 10 types of massage.

I voted NBA. One answer relies on copied-and-pasted material that could have been paraphrased.

Here is the search-results page for the verbatim text:
http://www.google.com/search?q=%22Massage+therapists+use+long+smooth+strokes%2C+kneading%2C+and+circular+movements+on+superficial+layers+of+muscle+using+massage+lotion+or+oil.++Swedish+massage+therapy+can+be+very+gentle+and+relaxing.+If+you%27ve+never+had+massage+before%2C+this+is+a+good+one+to+try+first.+To+learn+more%2C+read+the+full+article+on+Swedish+massage%22&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a

Who, among these 18 websites, actually wrote this material? Now Mahalo Answers adds to the confusion.

The other answers are too vague to have earned the $1.00 tip.

Thanks safiqulislam!

I admit I could have taken more time to paraphrase but I just wanted to get an accurate answer up. I also would've felt a little funny as I did not want to make it look like I had experience with all three.
I have only done Swedish which was awesome BTW

Thai massage works great.
You are stretching as well as increasing circulation.
Plus, they crack your back!
