Try this website http://www.zamzar.com its free and looks like it should work, haven't tried it myself but will test in a moment
Just tested, and it works fine with text, but pictures get degraded or left out completely.
But as I said for text documents it works fine and is a lot faster than retypng the whole file.
You do need to put in a valid e-mail address as it will email you a download link to your converted file

Simpo PDF to Word is very nice product but it is charged,you can download it's trial version to use i think, it's better than free one.
I just tried pdftoword.com and haven't gotten my .doc yet, so I wouldn't recommend it. I've also tried their nitropdf program and not been very pleased with it. So I guess this is more of a warning than an answer. Oops.
