If behind this curtain, you mean the light blue (#E4F2F7) box encircling your question, then the answer would be the white (#FFFFFF) nothingness of undeclared website background.
Most likely you had something more meaningful in mind, but as details were lacking, I will go into a bit more detail about the space behind the blue box.
Past the whiteness of the empty web page background, there is also the physical space behind my laptop computer (currently the living room I am sitting in.) In direct line of this screen would be a chair, desk, wall, and a front door existing behind said wall.
I suppose that should do it!
