what do you do if screen goes blank

just a white screen

hold down the power and enter buttons at the same time, it should come back on. mine did that several times. i ended up calling and they said it was because iphones need to be power cycled at leaste every other day to refresh. you should turn it off for a few minutes every other day to prevent this in the future. i hope it works out for you.
