Beware of the trackpad problems. If you type a lot, you may have issues with the trackpad causing cursor jumping and text selection and deleting. Since this is a hardware issue with the new MACs, and Apple hasn't addressed the issue, before buying, please try it out in a store. Open TextEdit and type away. Be aware of your thumbs or wrists touching the trackpad and moving the cursor around.
Otherwise it is clearly an improved model, the unibody construction has not match anywhere. But a friend of mine is sorry he got one, due to the trackpad issue. It is ruining his productivity.

The price of the new Mac Book pro 13" has dropped.
I wished I had the SD Card slot and the firewire, but I can live without it.
I hope that Apple comes out with the 10" tablet. I will get that. Snow leopard will have a performance benefit for all intel macs.

I have a Mac Book 13" unibody with 2.4 gig processor. I believe it is a great upgrade if you do not have a unibody MAC, however I am not going to upgrade The price of the new Mac Book pro 13" has dropped.
I wished I had the SD Card slot and the firewire, but I can live without it.
