Having worked in an office with a large number of wireless keyboards and mice we've found that there is a significant amount of interference between he devices. Even using Microsoft branded kit.

In these cases theres nothing else to do but replace the effected ones with the wired equivalent

Wireless keyboards are not actually necessary... besides, you don't have to move from your table when you're working. Plus, it'll just provide the company extra cost for the batteries.
