Yes. Puppies and babies are very much alike with teeth.

Puppies are born without teeth and start to grow puppy teeth anytime from the 6th to 8th week.

Between the 3rd and 7th month your dog loses the puppy teeth.
By the 8th month, a dog should have a full set of adult teeth (42).

Puppies have baby teeth, which they lose and are replaced with adult teeth, just like human babies. They can also lose a tooth as adults for various reasons, unhealthy or damaged teeth.
