Nick Jarecki is an author, (''Breaking In: How 20 Film Directors Got Their Start'') (Doubleday 2002) and documentary filmmaker (''The Outsider''). A New York native, Jarecki graduated from NYU. His brothers, Andrew (''Capturing the Friedmans'') and Eugene (''Why We Fight'') are also documentary filmmakers.
