Definitely the Klezmer All Stars. They play all over, but they're in New Orleans a lot, and they always get everyone dancing. They're not traditional, but they know traditional material and do it occasionally in their own rockin' kinda way. It's hard to find a good clip on Youtube, but here's some from Jazzfest and Bonnaroo.
