The Skinny Bitch Diet is a diet that consists of going completely vegan, no animal products at all, as well as cutting out many other things such as simple carbs, alcohol and sugars. It also recommends eating organic only. It is about as natural a diet as you can get without going to eating only raw fruits and veggies. There is a book and a cookbook available
