What is Grant Haas' relationship to pastor Ted Haggard?

Ted Haggard apologized for having an "inappropriate relationship" with Grant Haas, it was apparently not a physical one but reports say it involved sexual messaging and Haggard performing sex acts infront of Grant

Grant Haas was a young man who attended Haggard's church and seeked Ted for advice on overcoming his homosexuality that is when Ted took advantage of him.
