Should I start watching Castle?

I'm hearing good things about the show, what does everyone here thing?

I actually really like it. I wasn't sure if I would, but decided to add it to my DVR anyway, and I'm glad I did. The two lead characters do work well together, and the acting and storylines are very good. I just wonder how long the show can last because really, how long would a city allow a writer to tag along with detectives? I know he signed a waiver saying he can't sue if he gets hurt, but still. Other than that, it's a good show. You should give it a chance.

There is some chemistry between the two lead characters. I started watching because the guy is from Firefly which I really liked. The show's premise is so so, but maybe the writers can carry it. I give it a B for the first two episodes.

This will be Nathan Fillion third lead television role. The first two were for Firefly and Drive. I thought both shows were good but both were canceled. So if you do not mind an incomplete series, go for.

But then again the other two shows were on FOX.

Yes! The commercials made it seem stupid, but it's actually a sweet and occasionally clever show. I also wasn't able to guess the ending, which is rare for me with mysteries.

Like I said, in the ads, the lead guy comes off like a jerk and the female lead like someone who just rolls her eyes, but he is actually pretty likeable and she is pretty kickass when she needs to be. Better than I expected.
