It also has rainfall accumulation, humidity, dew point, radar (or satellite depending on the location), pictures from local weather stations, alerts for severe weather, support for multiple location, updates every 5 seconds, an finally it has a 2 minute video of the national weather updated daily.

However, I prefer TWC aka The Weather Channel app. It's a great representation of their website. It's easy to read in a glance. You get:
- Sunny/Cloudy/etc
- Temp
- "Feels like" temp
- Wind
- Humidity
- UV Index
- Visibility
For Current, Hourly, 26 Hour and 10 Day.
You can save locations and share the weather conditions via email. I used the saved locations, but have never used nor needed the share feature. I find the Hourly predictions to be good and one of the most useful features.
You also get a Weather Map view, weather videos, and severe weather warnings. The Weather Map has Radar, Clouds, Temp, Rainfaill, Snowfall, etc.
It is, like most Weather apps, free.

I can't claim to have used every single one, but when the built in weather app isn't enough I turn to weatherbug. It has an easy to read interface that is packed with information. Wind speed and direction? check. windchill? check. It also has rainfall accumulation, humidity, dew point, radar (or satellite depending on the location), pictures from local weather stations, alerts for severe weather, support for multiple location, updates every 5 seconds, an finally it has a 2 minute video of the national weather updated daily.

I was wondering the same thing myself so I did a little research and created a grid that compares the most common features. I wrote about what I found here: http://www.anythingiphone.net
