Things, by Cultured Code. It was just recently released at MacWorld. I bought both the iPhone version and the Mac version, and it's worth every penny. Intuitive, easy to use interface..... you'll love it.

I use OmniFocus for the iPhone (not the Mac) and I love using it, but it is a bit overkill for my purposes. A nice thing about it is that I can sync my iPhone and my iPod Touch through MobileMe (or any other WebDAV server). If I used the Mac version, it could also sync in the same fashion.
And lastly, they even have a companion Dashboard widget called OmniFidget.

I am about a week into setting up my "Trusted System". Things has been great for me due to its perfect balance between simple and complex. I run Things on my MacBook Air and on my iPhone...the sync very nicely.

OmniFocus is a very powerful GTD application for the Mac and iPhone. It was developed with assistance from Merlin Mann (a David Allen disciple that started http://www.43folders.com/). The iPhone application is location aware and can show you tasks that are in context for your current location.
