On the Howard Stern show, David Brenner claimed he would turn 73 on the 4th of February, 2009.
That is a good question. Depending on your source, comedian David Brenner was born either in 1936 or 1945. While the year is in doubt, the birth date is consistently listed as February 4. Brenner does not list any birth date on his official website.
