I use this site regularly to check calories on foods that don't normally have them printed on labels. Below is the link to the results that come up for 'baked potato'. Here you can see that it lists various types of potatoes, whether they have skin, salt, etc.
Then, if you wanted to check on sour cream and bacon, you can search these items to see how many calories they would add to the potato.

How many calories are there in a baked potato?
What if I put some a tablespoon of sour cream and some bacon on it?

According to Calorie Count.com, it's about 278... for a PLAIN one- no butte, etc.
