According to CNET (http://news.cnet.com/chrome-gets-mac-deadline-extensions-foundation/), a version of Chrome (http://www.mahalo.com/Google_Chrome) for the Mac is expected in the first half of 2009.

You can view the weekly status of how Chrome is going at the following URL.

"Brian Rakowski, Chrome's product manager, said the company wants to release Chrome for Mac and Linux before the first half of 2009 is up." - Cnet News

Also, if you want to run Chrome on the Mac now, you can try Crossover Chromium, which is a port of the Windows version which runs on Mac and Linux via Wine. This version isn't mean to be run as a main browser though, just for fun.
