I said this in another Curtis Pickard answer, but I was incorrect about the legal jurisdiction.
I said the US Supreme Court had deemed upskirt photography legal, but it was only the Washington State Supreme Court. But the legal precedent has been set, atleast in Washington.
Crazy world we're living in, huh girls?! Always wear panties, or better yet Spanx!
I personally never feel safe in those Target dressing closets.

20 years ago -- maybe even 10 years ago -- I've gotta believe he would have had his parents called in to the principal's office and he would have MAYBE been suspended for a couple days and that would be that.

It's not an insignificant offense, and in this day and age it should be dealt with severely. But arrested on a felony charge? I don't know, it just doesn't seem like this kid deserves to have a serious record for the rest of his life for this one very kid-like mistake.
