For all you computer buffs: freebsd vs openbsd debate on "OTB" security. I want to get a live, intellectual debate going if possible.

Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

OTB both systems do not connect to a network - the network card needs to be configured with a static IP or DHCP so there is no security threat from the network for either. That leaves local threats to someone that can simply pull the hard drive and do whatever they want.
