For sold out Dallas Cowboys games, the only authorized reseller seems to be at http://campaign.dallascowboys.com/ticketexchange.cfm but I'm not seeing any tickets available right now. Perhaps they will be later on or closer to game time.
While going anywhere else is frowned upon by most sports teams, whether or not going to other sources is legal or not is actually dependent on state laws.
From the Stanford alumni magazine:
"In about 38 states, including California, there are no meaningful restrictions. A scalper can resell a $50 football ticket for $500, so long as he or she keeps away from the arena on game day.
In 12 states, secondary tickets are regulated—as, say, liquor sales might be. In about half those states, including Illinois, ticket brokers that take inventory (StubHub does not) must register with the state. This protects consumers from fly-by-night brokers who could disappear once you’ve given them your credit card information.
In the remaining six states, including New York, tickets cannot be resold above a maximum price premium. A broker might be allowed to charge 20 percent more than the ticket’s face value, but no more. StubHub handles its sales in these states the same way newspaper classified-advertising departments do—it’s up to the seller to obey local laws."
So if you look up scalping laws for your particular state (or reply to this answer and I can try to find it) you can see if you can go to other sources legally. If so, you could try:

http://www.ebay.com
or even http://www.craigslist.com

I would recommend one of the following:
Stub Hub - http://www.stubhub.com/dallas-cowboys-tickets/
TickCo - http://www.tickco.com/football/Cowboys_tickets.htm
Ticket Liquidator - http://www.ticketliquidator.com/tix/dallas-cowboys-tickets.aspx
Got Tickets - http://www.gotickets.com/sports/nfl/nfc/dallas_cowboys.php
Online Tickets - http://www.onlineseats.com/nfl-tickets/dallas-cowboys/index.asp

You can always buy tickets from eBay auctions or Craigslist. However, the downside is that these are the highest priced tickets you will find. Tickets for the Mens Final Four were going for $2,000 a pair for upper level seats. Outrageous!
If you buy from an auction, be careful that the tickets are authentic. There have been many cases of fraud where the buyer ended up with worthless tickets. Check out the sellers feedback rating carefully before buying.

In Texas scalping is entirely legal except within 100 yards of the venue. I would recommend one of the following:
Stub Hub - http://www.stubhub.com/dallas-cowboys-tickets/
TickCo - http://www.tickco.com/football/Cowboys_tickets.htm
Ticket Liquidator - http://www.ticketliquidator.com/tix/dallas-cowboys-tickets.aspx
