The Panthers had a good regular season in 2008 but didn't do to well in the playoffs, and are 0-3 thus far in the 2009 NFL season. The Panthers defense is in good shape for a switch to a 3-4 like Cowher would run.

Bill Cowher might be a good fit, but I'm not sure if Fox is the one to blame. At least they made it to the playoffs last year.

Yes he should definitely be fired! And no, Bill Cowher will not be the next Panthers coach. Jason Garrett is the next likely candidate.
