Pepsi contains corn syrup, which is chametz (i.e. not permitted during the Passover). "Passover Pepsi" is made with real cane sugar and is allowed during Passover. According to Serious Eats, it has a more refreshing, crisper taste (1). Passover Pepsi is marked by either a yellow or white cap with a kosher symbol on top. It can be found at:

Corn and corn syrup are not "chametz". they are "kitniyot". Chametz is anything made with one of the five Biblical grains (wheat, rye, oats, barley, spelt) that has not been processed into matzah before further use. Kitniyot is a category of foods, including rice, corn, and beans, that are forbidden (by custom) to Ashkenazi Jews during Passover, but are permissible (with careful supervision to ensure they are not mixed with chametz) for all other Jews.
Since most American Jews are Ashkenazi, they amount to the same thing, but technically corn isn't chametz.
Otherwise, spot on.
