It comes down to numbers.

People have been working in this industry for centuries, its a way of life to many, it be nice, but its hard for the government abolish it.

Is seal oil an aphrodisiac? I'm not sure, but it wouldn't surprise me, those seals have many uses. But yeah, it's a dilly of pickle up here in Canada, it's been debated for years now.
