How to Make Beef Jerky in the Oven

If you have a high-end oven with timer, you need not even have to monitor it. Just set the timer and use your time for other activities. You can make beef jerky exactly as per your taste. Use a broil pan that has slots in it to allow the juice to fall through and catch in the pan below. Refrigerate the meat previous night. Ensure that you use a little of sodium nitrite or curing salt so that the meat remains healthy. You can use your imaginations and creativity in marinating and seasoning to make countless varieties of beef jerky.

Ingredients - Boneless top round steak or London broil trimmed of fat, liquid smoke, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste, garlic powder or fresh garlic, onion powder or fresh onions and cayenne pepper or paprika for additional spicy taste.
