It's a salad, minus the lettuce. You put a layer of garbanzo (chick pea) beans on the bottom. Then, you cut cucumbers into squares and make a layer of those. Next, do a layer of tomatoes, then a layer of red onion. Top it off with a layer of feta cheese and then a layer of parsley. At the very top, coat the salad with toasted whole wheat pita bread (toasted in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees). Add some extra virgin olive oil (for the dressing) and sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Paula Dean's macaroni and cheese is always a must, too. I made that yesterday!

Almost! I don't eat chicken or many other types of meat, but I will eat steak from time to time.

I make hot rolls, cinnamon rolls and German Chocolate Cake and many other items. I have sold my hot rolls before. I made a German Chocolate Cake for my sister's wedding last year and received many comments on how good it was. It is a favorite cake in our family.
