Depends on your definition of success, but I'd say Outback Steakhouse is more successful. It has restaurants in 21 different countries and locations all over America, while Longhorn Steakhouse is limited to the South Eastern United States.

Tough one...I have never personally heard of the Longhorn Steakhouse...I'm up in the NW of the states and we only have the Outback...which I love! I must say I am curious to try it now that I know it's out there!
