I haven't had any luck finding dolma machines (also referred to as dolma makers and grape leaf stuffers) for sale online, not even on Ebay and well... you know... Ebay usually has at least one of everything for sale. The only thing I see pointing towards a place to buy them is, "I do not sell the dolma machine. Unfortunately, it is only sold on the streets near Grand Bazaar." So, I'm sorry to say that personally going to, or knowing someone who is going to, Istanbul seems to be the only way to buy one right now.

Perhaps it would be possible to find a company who would be able to special order it from Turkey for you... but that would require knowing the manufacturer and the actual name of the product. Other than trying to find a company to special order it for you... I suppose your only options are a vacation to Turkey or making some Turkish friends. =/ Sorry!
