Not sure where specifically, but the Girl Scouts tend to set up near supermarkets, and especially during the weekends.
I would try your local major supermarket on Saturday or Sunday between 10am and 3pm, and you should be able to find them.

I love the Samoas, and just bought 2 boxes. I can't believe that they're $4 a box, but it's worth it!

They are selling them all over 2nd street. At BOA and Washington Mutual
