Mahalo's page on How to Make Lemonade includes these simple instructions for mint lemonade "To make mint lemonade, make the lemonade recipe as instructed above, and add 1/2 cup of mint leaves after you're finished. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the mint flavor to infuse the lemonade., then strain and remove the minute leaves. Serve over ice, garnished with a sprig of fresh mint."

I also like to bruise the mint first, by rolling it between my palms, before putting it into the lemonade. This releases the essential oils of the mint so they get into the lemonade more quickly.

Mint and lemons make for a very refreshing summer-time drink. Mint lemonade is a must for picnics. This recipe uses lemonade concentrate, so it can be made up in a jiffy.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup of mint leaves, fresh and chopped
6 cups water
1 can frozen lemonade concentrate
Preparation:
Heat the mint leaves in 2 cups of water until boiling. Reduce heat to a simmer and leave for 5 minutes. Let cool, then strain out mint leaves. Combine mint liquid with lemonade concentrate and the rest of the water (4 cups). Refrigerate and serve over ice.
