I have a treasured cheese that I discovered while working at a Fish Market (smelly fish, but great cheese). It is an Norwegian cheese called Bond Ost and is very smooth and mellow, What makes it truly unique is that is has Caraway seed marbled throughout it, giving it a hint of almost rye flavour to balance out the smooth soft cheese. My family has truly enjoyed the occassions when we have ordered this speciality from Anderson Butik in Kansas (though I'm sure you could find it elsewhere). They have delivered it quickly with an icepack keeping it cool and ready to devour.
For a truly unforgetable treat try this cheese out with your favorite crackers and wine.

It's made at the Washington State University Creamery in Pullman, Washington.

It's a really creamy soft cow's milk cheese from the Jura region of Switzerland. You can eat it at room temperature or wrap it in foil and put it in the oven with some eau de vie (fruit brandy) in the middle and then serve it like a self-contained fondue pot:

Cougar Gold, a sharp white cheddar, is the best cheese I've ever tasted. It's made at the Washington State University Creamery in Pullman, Washington.

after wrestling for many years, i'm not sure what happened to me but i have an addiction for Kraft singles. maybe it is the packaging that drives me crazy or all those years of starving to death, but there is nothing better when you give in and unwrap one of them. it is not always bad and kind of alleviates the pain and suffering sometimes. from what, i have no idea but the vid reminds me of this Cheese video. you can put another brand on sandwiches but they just don't taste the same either. there must be some research on that but for $1, this is about all you get.

Nice with the video and picture, yet was looking for something more exotic.

i know, but i am pretty shallow on cheese. i am a redneck from Oklahoma, not a cheese conneiseur, okay, how do you spell it. just give me the kraft singles please. you've got to admit, they might not be the greatest, but they are the standard in the world today so it has to be the favorite, and not all favorites are exotic. i know what that word means ;).
