Chilaquiles are a traditional Mexican dish and pieces of tortilla strips are used.

Migas are traditionally a Spanish and Portuguese dish made with bread crumbs, meat and other ingredients. Usually eaten for breakfast. There is a Tex-Mex variety of this using tortillas.
