What would happen if you drank Diet Coke and ate some Mentos at the same time?

There are a few videos that show exactly what happens when you do that (not much, really). Rumors of deaths caused by this "deadly" mixture have been dismissed as urban legends. In order for it to have an effect on inner organs you'd have to add other factors, like drinking A LOT of soda, which seems almost impossible, once you eat the mentos. Plus, you can always die due to the excess of something, like when people drink way too much water.

That depends on the amount of the coke and mentos and the rate at which one would vomit. If the foam would build up faster than one could throw it up and if, at that rate, it would build up pressure in the stomach, one could end up with some scaring. But I don't think that, if one would try this, one would damage the inner organs more than if one would merely drink the coke normally.
