Salsa Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream mush soup
1 cup salsa
taco seasoning
Add chicken to slow cooker, sprinkle seasoning over chicken, pour salsa and soup over chicken. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Shred.
Serve over brown rice or in tortilla's with som fat free sr. cream.
This makes 6 servings. Add mixed veg or serve with salad to insure suffcient vitamins.

2 lbs potatoes, peeled and diced
1 lb carrots, sliced
1 jar (26 ounces) spaghetti sauce
1.5 tsp minced garlic
1.5 tsp ground tumeric
1 tsp cayenne pepper
3/4 tsp salt
1.5 cups water
1 lb sea scallops
1 lb uncooked medium shrimp
in 5 qt. slow cooker, combine potatoes, carrots, spaghetti sauce, and seasonigs. cover and cook on low for 4.5 to 5 hurs or until potatoes are tender.
Stir in water, scallops, and shrimp. Cover and cook for 15-20 mins or until scallops opaque and shrimp turn pink.

Low-fat (5 fat grams or less per serving) crock pot recipe w/protein (15 grams or more per serving), at least 25% RDA of vitamins A and C?
If this recipe could be less than 40 grams of carbohydrates per serving that would be great too. Thanks!
