1>Black Pepper
2>Cardamom
3>Cassia
4>Chilli
5>Cinnamon
6>Clove
7>Coriander
8>Cumin
9>Ginger
10>Kokam
11>Nutmeg
12>Tamarind
13>Turmeric
14>Vanilla
they often are used in sauces,gravies processed meats, poultry, snack foods etc.
