After my traditional steak dinner consisting of a Ceasar Salad, Filet Mignon (medium rare), grilled Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce and Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes I like to enjoy a Fallen Chocolate Souffle.
I would like to have this dessert served about 10 minutes after the meal and with strong coffee but due to the timing and finiky nature of the souffle it usulally needs to be served right after the meal.
