16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed, drained

• Spinach Dip is surprisingly good. It is also very good with grain crackers.

I love tostitos. And their "scoops" chips make it even easier to dip, which is great. Scoops in a black bean dip or a Newman's Own salsa is great.

But right now, my favorite is baked pita chips in a hummus dip. I forgot how great this is. Also pita chips in a spinach & artichoke dip is amazing.

I got this from my friend Ivy. I serve it with tortilla chips.

Spicy Corn Dip
1 stick butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 can mexicorn, drained
1 can green chilis, drained
tabasco to taste

Mix butter and cream cheese. Add mexicorn, chilis, and tabasco. Microwave until warm and easily mixed.

Plain ole tortilla chips and queso.

Although I am a big fan of Wavy Lay's and Ranch Dressing (not dip).
