I've never been a big fan of HOT coffee.
Give the choice at Starbucks, I'll take whatever with lots of cream/sugar and a couple of ice cubes.

I prefer tea.

At one point Red Bull was my favorite source of caffeine. Then I found AMP. AMP makes a black tea energy drink. All the taste of tea and all the energy of Red Bull. Conatins about 180MG of caffeine in a 16 oz can.

But just yesterday, I had a Spike Shotgun orange. 300MG of Caffiene.
Wow. what a huge bump.. taste was OK, kind of thick, but drinkable..

so long story short, tea but if I want a little bump AMP Black tea, if I need a huge bump Spike Shotgun 16 oz can..

My favourite source of caffeine are ofcourse, carbonated drinks and coffee. Can't go a day without them.

Nah, just kidding.

It has to be coffee, and more specifically, mochas. Starbucks makes a great mocha, but there's this cafe called Zizzo's in Capitola, California that makes the very best.

I love my coffee with 2 teaspoons of hot chocolate in it. I am not sure some one else has the same method of getting caffeine. I found this combination in the winter. Still I love it.
Also, I like the Timhorton's iced cap and French vanilla.

with a syringe, straight to the heart.. seriously, two creams two sugars, plain coffee. If i'm at home, taster's choice, instant coffee.. really addicting..



I miss the glass container..

you can buy a bottle of 90 tablets of jet alert for $2.92 at walmart and other retailers, this is much cheaper than cup of coffee or an energy drink.

aspirin with caffeine for serious headaches! nurses told me that caffeine delivers medication into the bloodstream quicker...
