A nut that I was trying to get off of a bolt? I did not eat the results however!

I like deep fried shrimp heads! They are often served with a Japanese sushi dish called "amaebi" which is raw shrimp served on vinegar rice. In the attached video, the shrimp heads are still alive. You can ask for your shrimp head to be either broiled or deep fried. Very delicious, as the heads become crunchy!

If it is edible, and considered a delicacy i will try it at least once. If it is moldy spoiled food that has been deep fried, I will return it. I was once served spoiled deep fried soft shell crab at a restaurant. That was very unappetizing! Another unappetizing dish i was once served was a broiled fish which they did not bother to clean! Maybe i was supposed to eat the fish guts. I'm not sure. The guts tasted bitter, and in some places they do use fish guts to make a sauce for rice, as well as making fermented fish sauce.
