Everyone mostly want to say they have eaten Caviar because it has always been for the rich. Who doesn't want to think they are rich! Not me, harvesting fish eggs from a fish's belly isn't a pretty sight. It sound very unappetizing to me. Each to their own.

I tried caviar for the first time this spring, also thinking it was all just expensive hype.

I. Was. Wrong.

It is absolutely delicious! Now I completely understand. And now I'm very bummed I will so rarely ever eat it again!
