I would have to say water is the most important thing in the kitchen. Without water cooking is next to impossible and cleaning is out of the question.

I would say my fabulous blendtec blender, because it acts like a kitchen aid mixer for doughs, it acts like a Cuisinart and can dice or chop any sort of nuts or veggie, it acts like an ice cream maker that chills the ingredients as they blend, and makes soup, heating ingredients up as they blend, and of course, it makes one amazing smoothie.
