I like "Sweet Baby Ray's" as far as widely available BBQ sauces go. Or just make your own -- it's surprisingly easy.

First cut them into two rib sections. Brown them with onion and garlic in a big Dutch oven or stock pot. Then add a can of tomato paste and one of tomato sauce, and enough water to make a good amount of gravy. Put in some cut up carrots (a lot of carrots at my house) and potatoes and let it start cooking. After maybe an hour, add some cut up cabbage and cook some more with a lid on it. My sisters and I gobble this up. The kids all hate it, but that's probably because of the cabbage. I think I'll make that this weekend.

I use a large, deep Dutch Oven with a rack. The meat and veggies sit on the rack and don't get greasy....put some water in the pan as well as some onion. After I take the rack out what is in there to make gravy. I like throwing in cabbage towards the end as well ! On the bottom to cook in the drippings...
