What is the best restaurant in Roswell, New Mexico?

On a visit to Las Cruces, New Mexico a few years ago I used Jane and Michael Stern's Roadfood book for recommendations. All of them were good, and two were outstanding.

For Roswell they have a listing for a place called La Posta:

If I were in Roswell I would definitely try it.

Don't know, but if yer in Los Alamos, find the Shed/Mission for breakfast, and if yer in Santa Fe, find (1) Tecolote for breakfast and (2) Maria's for supper. Always find out from THE LOCALS! Hidden treasures are always the best
