Locanda Verde literally means "green inn." It's the name of the reinvented Andrew Carmellini and Robert DiNero owned restaurant in New York City, located in the Greenwich Hotel, previously named Ago.
The restaurant was scheduled to open on Tuesday, May 19, 2009.
