What fruit is the most nutritious to eat? Pomegranates, blueberries, or something else entirely?

They're pushing this Brazilian acai berry as the "healthiest fruit" now. Only problem is, it goes bad before they can even ship them to the United States, so we can only get it in juice form.
The sales pitch is that it fights aging and may even help prevent cancer. (One company that sells acai juice even says it can increase your focus and give you more energy.)

I've heard that Kiwis are the most nutritious fruit. The average Kiwi contains 75 mg of vitamin C, about 46 calories, 0.3-gram fats, 1 gm proteins, 11 gm carbohydrates, 75 mg vitamins and 2.6 grams dietary fiber.
