According to CompareRewards.com, the Kool-Aid Points program has been discontinued.

The good news, though, is that people can redeem their points until June 30, 2010, by grabbing this PDF form. (If you don't want to follow a direct link to a PDF download, you can visit Kool-Aid's Kool Space site and scroll down until you find the Kool-Aid Points section.)
