Hi!
To go for vegetarian for a month is a bit drastic for beginners. Why don;t
you start by supporting "Meat-free Mondays" movement launch by Paul McCartney of the Beatles? You can gradually start by reducing your meat intake maybe by one day a week and this would seriously benefit the planet.

As for good vegetarian recipes, you can check out:

Follow the vegetarian diet-it's easier. I have read on Project Weight Loss about it. Most people believe that a vegetarian diet is more expensive than a regular diet. Vegetarians want to have a healthy lifestyle and most people may think they don`t care about the costs. However, a vegetarian diet is more accessible, especially during summer months.
