Thinking of freezing leftover corn on the cob. Freeze like berries on a cookiesheet

in the deep freeze then bag?

Mahalo has some great detailed instructions on freezing corn, that you can find here: http://www.mahalo.com/how-to-freeze-corn

If you're freezing whole ears, you wrap them in plastic wrap before freezing - if you're freezing kernels, they can go right into containers. The cookie sheet method isn't usually used for corn, as you don't have the concerns about clumping as you do with blueberries that you'll be using in pancakes and muffins right from their frozen state.
